Lemon meringue pie i a specialty we have been making for over thirty years. Our founder, Tony Romagnuolo makes batches of up to 60 at a time and they usually sell out in the bakery within a couple days.
Back in the day Tony used to make lemon meringue pies 3 or 4 times a week, because not only did he sell them in the bakery, he also supplied a couple local grocery stores for their customers too! That’s how popular they were.
